Common use of Assumption Agreements Clause in Contracts

Assumption Agreements. In the event that any assumption agreement, substitution of liability agreement or sale of servicing agreement is entered into with respect to any Mortgage Loan subject to this Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer, to the extent provided in the related Servicing Agreement, shall cause the related Servicer to notify the Custodian that such assumption or substitution agreement has been completed by forwarding to the Custodian the original of such assumption or substitution agreement, which shall be added to the related Mortgage File and, for all purposes, shall be considered a part of such Mortgage File to the same extent as all other documents and instruments constituting parts thereof.

Assumption Agreements. In the event that any assumption agreement, agreement or substitution of liability agreement or sale of servicing agreement is entered into with respect to any Mortgage Loan subject to this Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer, to the extent provided in the related Servicing Agreement, shall cause the related Servicer to notify the Custodian that such assumption or substitution agreement has been completed by forwarding to the Custodian the original of such assumption or substitution agreement, which shall be added to the related Mortgage File and, for all purposes, shall be considered a part of such Mortgage File to the same extent as all other documents and instruments constituting parts thereof.

In the event that any assumption agreement, agreement or substitution of liability agreement or sale of servicing agreement is entered into with respect to any Mortgage Loan subject to this Custodial Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Master ServicerServicer or the Servicer shall, pursuant to the extent provided in the related Servicing Agreement, shall cause the related Servicer to notify the Custodian that such assumption or substitution agreement has been completed by forwarding to the Custodian the original of such assumption or substitution agreement, which document shall be added to the related Mortgage File and, for all purposes, shall be considered a part of such Mortgage File to the same extent as all other documents and instruments constituting parts thereof.

Assumption Agreements. Assumption Agreements. In the event that any assumption agreement, agreement or substitution of liability agreement or sale of servicing agreement is entered into with respect to any Mortgage Loan subject to this Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Master Servicer, to the extent provided in the related Servicing Agreement, Servicer shall cause the related Servicer to notify the Custodian Custodian, the Indenture Trustee and the Bond Insurer that such assumption or substitution agreement has been completed by forwarding and shall forward to the Custodian Custodian, with a copy to the Bond Insurer, the original of such assumption or substitution agreement, which shall be added to the related Mortgage File and, for all purposes, shall be considered a part of such Mortgage File to the same extent as all other documents and instruments constituting parts thereof.
