As of the Closing Date, neither the Borrower, nor any of its Subsidiaries, is currently conducting its business under any assumed name or names, except as set forth on Schedule 5.13 attached hereto. Upon written request by the Agent, the Borrower shall promptly furnish the Agent with a then current listing of all assumed names that the Borrower and/or any of its Subsidiaries is then utilizing in conducting their respective businesses.
