Assumed Names. Schedule 4.9 is a complete and correct list of all assumed or “doing business as” names currently or, since January 1, 2009 used by the Companies, including names on any Websites. Since January 1, 2009, the Companies have not used any name other than the names listed on Schedule 4.9 to conduct the Business. The Companies have filed appropriate “doing business as” certificates in all applicable jurisdictions with respect to themselves.
