ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The Association shall have the right to use bulletin boards in any work location to disseminate information to members, provided, however, that any materials posted shall neither advocate nor promote any actions which would tend to impede or disrupt the district's mission of educating children. Specifically excluded are partisan election materials and those materials which are defamatory, derogatory, or libelous in nature. The appropriateness of any such posted materials shall be determined by the Superintendent of Schools. All materials so posted shall be signed by the individual issuing such information. Those bulletin boards used will not be in areas generally frequented by the general public or students (e.g. in corridors, classrooms, etc.)
