ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Association shall have, in addition to other rights expressly set forth or provided by statute, the following rights:

The Association shall have the privilege of using school buildings, when available, and in conformance with Board policy for meetings provided that when special custodial service is required, the Board may make a customary charge therefore. Prior permission for the use of school facilities must be obtained from the Superintendent.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Inasmuch as the Association is recognized as the sole organization representing Classified employees, the Board recognizes that in order to effectively represent and communicate with its members, certain services are necessary.

ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.01 The Association shall be authorized to use the inter-school mail facilities and the teachers' mailboxes, provided that for any general membership distribution the principal of the building and appropriate central office personnel receive a copy of the material and the material contains the name of a representative of the CEA.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The Association agrees to abide by Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965 and to all applicable laws and statutes pertaining to teachers' rights and responsibilities. The Association also agrees to abide with all Board of Education written policies and procedures not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The Association shall have the right to use school building space when not otherwise in use during reasonable hours for meetings upon request for the use of such space in accordance with the established regulations of the Board of Education. If special custodial service is required, the Association agrees to reimburse the Board of Education for all costs incurred. Any Association representative may transact official Association business upon school property provided the same shall not interfere with a teacher's professional responsibilities. Association representatives who are not employed by the Board shall report to the building principal's office prior to the transaction of such business.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Section 27.1 The Association will have thirty (30) work days annually, with the option for the Association to purchase at substitute rates an additional ten (10) days annually. Teachers absent for Association business will not lose salary or leave days. These days will be used for Association business. Association business does not include picketing in any other school district during the normal workday. Procedure for the use of these Association days will be the same as that required for use of personal business days, except in an emergency situation the twenty-four (24) hour notice requirement will not apply.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities outside regular school hours consistent with Board policy regarding public use of these facilities.
ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The Association, on its own and its individual members' behalf, retains and reserves without limitation all powers, rights, authority, duties and responsibilities conferred upon and vested in it by the laws and Constitutions of the State of Michigan, and of the United States.
