Common use of Association Privileges and Limitations Clause in Contracts

Association Privileges and Limitations. A. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the internal business of the Association shall be conducted by employees during their non-duty hours. The Association shall have the right to meet with current employees during regular work hours at the employee’s worksite to address grievances, complaints and matters related to employment relations.
