Association Presence. As the exclusive representative, the Association has the right to be present at all conferences and hearings pertaining to discipline, regardless of any request by the unit member. The unit member in question shall be given notification prior to the start of the conference or hearing that the meeting will pertain to discipline and that they have the right to representation from the Association.

  • Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools.
