Association Officials a. Association officials not employed by the District shall be allowed to visit work sites and visit with employees provided that visitations do not interfere with employees' duties and Association officials have notified the site principal or supervisor at least one (1) work day in advance of the visit.

Association Officials. A. Association officials will continue to perform their regularly assigned work duties as required, except to the extent those duties are reduced under this Article, and their responsibilities as Association officials will not be permitted to interfere with the business of the College.

Should any request or action be made by a person purporting to act as an Association official but whose name does not appear on the Association list(s), the District shall inform the Association President or designee of that occurrence; such notification shall occur within seven (7) working days, by email. For the purpose of grievance processing, the period beginning when the District knows of any such occurrence and ending when the Association receives notice of that occurrence shall not be considered as part of filing and processing time lines.

Association Officials. The Association will advise the NFTA, in writing, to the Director of Human Resources, of the names and titles of six (6) Officers and three (3) shift representatives and will promptly give the NFTA written notification of any changes during the term of this agreement within two (2) calendar weeks of such change.
