Association Office. The College will provide on-campus office facilities for the Association without charge. The Association Office (A123) shall be equipped by the College. The Association will pay the College ten dollars ($10) per month per telephone line provided to the Association. In addition, the Association will reimburse the College for all SCAN charges incurred by the Association. In the event that applicable law requires the College to charge the association for office facilities, the matter will be referred to the Labor- Management Committee for resolution.
Association Office. The Board agrees to set aside a small room or office with table, chairs, and one (1) large file cabinet with lock for exclusive Association use.
Association Office. A leave of absence not to exceed four (4) years shall be granted for the purpose of serving as an officer of the Association, or an officer or intern or staff member in its state or national affiliate.
Association Office. The District shall provide the Association, without cost to the Association, a furnished office at a location and of a description to be mutually agreed upon. The Association shall be allowed to install a telephone in such office at its own expense.

A leave of absence of up to one (1) year may be granted upon application for the purpose of serving as an officer of the Association or an officer in its state or national affiliate. If permitted by the Michigan Public School Employee’s Retirement Act, with an unpaid leave of absence for Association office, the bargaining unit member will be eligible to contribute to the Michigan Public School Employee's Retirement System (MPSERS) during the term of the unpaid leave.

Association Office. 12.1 During the life of this Agreement, the Employer will provide reasonable office space to be used exclusively by OUCMT at no cost to the Association. While the Employer reserves solely and exclusively the right to designate the office space above provided, it will make reasonable efforts to assure any necessary relocation of same will be done in a manner which is not disruptive to the collective bargaining process.
