Association Negotiating Team. Once the process of negotiating a successor Agreement has commenced, each member of the Association Negotiating Committee shall be granted up to four (4) hours per week release time to prepare for bargaining. When members of the Association Negotiating Team are in the same University department, a maximum of four (4) hours release time total per department per week shall be granted, unless the department head at his/her discretion, allows more.

Association Negotiating Team. Where the Institute has received appropriate advance notice, the Institute shall reasonably attempt to assist members of the WSNA Negotiating Team to be relieved of patient care duties to attend contract negotiation meetings. Members of the team shall notify management of the need for such relief as early as possible. Time spent on contract negotiations by employees is understood not to be time worked for or compensated by the Institute, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, in writing.

Association Negotiating Team. The Association’s negotiations team shall consist of a Chief Negotiator and no more than five (5) other members. Additional team members may be present, but no more than eight (8) individuals total on the Association’s team will be eligible for productive time status during any scheduled meetings. Each team shall advise the other of the name and position of the individual it intends to designate as a negotiating team member. Either team may change the members of its negotiating team by written or electronic notification to the other team.
Association Negotiating Team. No more than two (2) Bargaining Unit Members designated as being on the Association negotiating team who are scheduled to work during the hours in which negotiations will occur, shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiating sessions with the Employer, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay.   • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.
