ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. 5.01 The Board shall provide the Association by November 1st of each year with a list of the names, ranks, and departments of all members of the bargaining unit, and shall notify the Association of additions and deletions to this list within two weeks after such additions and deletions have been made.
ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. 3.01 As a condition of continued employment, each Regular, Probationary, Non-Regular, Artist/ Designer/Scholar in Residence, full-time or part-time Faculty Member or substitute whose contract of employment is in excess of thirty calendar days shall become a member in good standing of the Faculty Association, and shall maintain such membership while employed.

ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. Section 1. All applications for Association membership shall be submitted by the employee to the Association. All applications for membership or dues cancellation that the Department receives shall be promptly forwarded to the Association.
ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. The Association shall determine its requirements for membership. Dues shall be as set by the Association from time to time for all members of the bargaining unit. The Association shall notify the Board in writing of its Dues structure and any changes thereto.
ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. 55 A. Membership in the Association 56 During the term of this Agreement, and in accordance with and to the extent of any applicable state or federal laws, every Faculty Member shall have the choice of whether or not to become a member of the Association. Financial support of the Association is not a condition for employment. 57 Members of the Bargaining Unit who choose not to become or continue as members of the Association must submit written notice to Academic Human Resources and the Association. Payroll deductions of membership dues shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by the Faculty Member. When revoked, deduction of membership dues will cease as of the payroll period following the receipt of the notice by EMU. 58 For those members of the Bargaining Unit who choose to become members of the Association by tendering membership dues, the following terms described below will apply.
ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. A. All teachers shall have the right to join the Association. Neither party shall exert pressure or discriminate against a teacher regarding their preference on membership.

(a) The Employer will deduct an amount equivalent to the monthly Association dues from the monthly pay of each Employee in the bargaining unit, in the amount specified in writing by the Association, and shall remit same to the Association as soon as practicable and not later than five (5) days after the deduction is made.

The Employer agrees to deduct the monthly fees from the pay of those employees the Union has certified in writing to the Employer as having authorized in writing such deductions be made from their paychecks. This deduction shall begin on the first (1st) payroll period following the Union’s written notice to the Employer that such authorization start and shall continue from month to month until notified by the Union, pursuant to the membership card.
ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES. Membership in the Association shall be voluntary and open to all employees as defined in Article 1 herein who may seek to become members. The Employer agrees to deduct each month from the wages of each employee as of her date of hire an amount certified by the Treasurer of the Association as being the monthly dues of the Association and to remit same to the Treasurer of the Association within thirty days after such deduction is made. The Employer further agrees to provide the Association with a monthly list of all employees on whose behalf such deductions are being made and a monthly list of exceptions showing increases and decreases to the bargaining unit. A second copy of the exceptions list, shall be provided to the Bargaining Unit Representative monthly. The Association shall hold the Hospital harmless with respect to all dues so deducted and remitted and with respect to any liability which the Hospital might incur as a result of such deduction and remittance. Notice of any change in the amount of Association dues or formula for the determination of such dues will be provided in writing by the Association to the Personnel Department at least two months prior to the commencement of the pay period in which-the new rate is to be implemented. The Hospital agrees to include the total amount of union dues deducted in each calendar year on the employee’s forms.
