Association Dues. No later than ten school days prior to the first payday in October, the Association shall deliver to the Employer the names of teachers who authorized payroll deduction of Association dues or representation fees and the amounts so authorized. The employer shall deduct such sum in fourteen (14) equal payments, starting with the first paycheck in October.
