Assisted Living Facility. Throughout the term of this AGREEMENT, unless otherwise permitted by the Authority, the Development Owner will maintain the Development as an Assisted Living Facility, licensed as such by the Arkansas Department of Human Services, as set forth in the Application. Assisted Living Facility. A licensed entity that provides assisted living services in a homelike and integrated community setting. Assisted living services are defined in State law as a special combination of housing, supportive services, supervision, personalized assistance and health care designed to respond to the individual needs of those who need help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and/or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). (The initial letter of each word in this term is not capitalized in this Contract.)
Assisted Living Facility. Master Developer may develop the Assisted Living Facility in the location shown on the Concept Plan. Any units for care of persons in the Assisted Living Facility shall not count for or against the Maximum Residential Dwelling Units nor for or against the residential/commercial timing relationship specified in Section 3.4.

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Skilled Care in a Nursing Facility This plan covers skilled nursing services in a skilled nursing facility if: • the services are prescribed by a physician: • your condition needs skilled nursing services, skilled rehabilitation services or skilled nursing observation; • the services are provided by or supervised by licensed technical or professional medical personnel; and • the services are not custodial care, respite care, day care, or for the purpose of assisting with activities of daily living.

  • Access to the Workplace Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.

  • Living Plants The Project Area may have living plants; however, there is no lawn grass in the Project Area.

  • Statewide HUB Program Statewide Procurement Division Note: In order for State agencies and institutions of higher education (universities) to be credited for utilizing this business as a HUB, they must award payment under the Certificate/VID Number identified above.   • TEACHING FACILITIES 4.1 The Board agrees to maintain health and safety conditions at each school site in compliance with applicable statutes and/or regulations. Teachers shall not be required to work under unsafe conditions as determined by proper regulatory authority.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Trading Facilities Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order-routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.
