Assistant Nurse. E. Fifty (50) days prior to the effective date of a RIF, the Board shall prepare and post for inspection in a conspicuous place, a list containing the names, seniority dates and classifications, and indicate which employees are to be part of the RIF. Each employee to be part of the RIF shall be given advance written notice of the RIF. Each notice of RIF shall state the following: (a) reason for the RIF; (b) the effective date of the RIF; and

  • Assistant Treasurer The assistant treasurer shall in the absence or disability of the treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.
