Assistant Engineers Sample Clauses

Assistant Engineers. Effective December 1, 2021, the hourly wage of Assistant Engineers shall be increased by eighty ($.80) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2021. The minimum hourly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than $26.38.

Effective December 1, 2023 the monthly wage rate in effect for such employees shall be increased by 2.6% per hour, over and above their wages as of November 30, 2023, provided that the minimum monthly wage rate for such employees shall then be no less than 80% of the then applicable minimum monthly wage rate for the Chief Engineer on the premises.

  • Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, shall be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President.
