You acknowledge and agree that the right to maintain such detailed information constitutes a property right, which the Producer is entitled to protect. Accordingly, you will not without prior written consent of the Producer, during the term of this Agreement and subsequent to its termination, copy by any means, disclose, directly or indirectly, to any third party any confidential information relating to the Producer. Undersigned hereby authorizes Signatory Producer to check off or deduct 2% of Gross Remuneration in accordance with Core Article 6.02 and permit fees in accordance with Core Article 7.08, and remit same to the District Council weekly. ASSISTANT DIRECTORS. 1. The Assistant Director shall meet at least once a month with the director to whom he/she reports. Such meetings will be held for the purpose of discussion of their respective programs.
