Assistant Administrator. Contractor will provide the program .5 FTE Assistant Administrator who has experience with operational aspects of running a residential care program for people in the target population, supervising direct care staff and understand quality assurance procedures. Responsibilities include:
Assistant Administrator. The Committee may from time to time invite the Assistant Administrator in charge of patient care or her/his designee to its meeting at mutually agreeable times for the purpose of exchanging information or to provide the Assistant Administrator in charge of patient care with recommendations on pertinent subjects.
Assistant Administrator. In addition to the requirements of Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 411, Division 054, Contractor shall provide an additional 1 FTE Assistant Administrator position to support the Administrator. Assistant Administrator must have experience with operational aspects of running a program for Individuals in the target population.

Staff in this position will oversee training requirements noted in Section 18. of this Contract. Duties include program audits to ensure adherence to state licensing and regulatory requirements, involvement in implementation of policy revisions and training of facility staff.
