Assistance to Data Controller. 10.1 The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
Assistance to Data Controller. 12.1The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to a request for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
Assistance to Data Controller. Taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to Data Processor, Data Processor shall provide such assistance to Data Controller as Data Controller reasonably requests in relation to Data Controller’s compliance with the obligations pursuant to Articles 32 to 36 of the GDPR. Data Controller shall cover all costs incurred by Data Processor in connection with its provision of such assistance.
Assistance to Data Controller. 9.1 Vorboss shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of Customer’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights under the GDPR.
Assistance to Data Controller. 10.1. Technical and organisational measures: The Data Processor shall assist the Data Controller by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising Data Subject’s rights under Applicable Data Protection Law.
Assistance to Data Controller. 6.1. The Data Sub-processor shall assist the Data Processor by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Data Controller's obligation to respond to requests for exercising the Data Subjects’ rights under the Data Protection Laws.
Assistance to Data Controller. The Processor shall assist the Controller, by way of appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfilment of the Controller’s obligation to respond to requests for exercising the Data Subject’s rights under the EU Data Protection Law and Irish Data Protection Law. Taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to the Processor, the Processor shall assist the Controller in ensuring compliance with obligations pursuant to Section 4 (Security), as well as other Controller obligations under EU Data Protection Law and Irish Data Protection Law that are relevant to the Data Processing described in Annex 2, including notifications to a supervisory authority or to Data Subjects, the process of undertaking a Data Protection Impact Assessment, and with prior consultations with supervisory authorities. The Processor shall make available to the Controller all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the Processor’s obligations and allow for and contribute to audits, including inspections, conducted by the Controller or another auditor mandated by the Controller.
Assistance to Data Controller a. SOTI shall, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify Customer of any Data Subject Request. SOTI shall not respond to a Data Subject Request itself, except that Customer authorizes SOTI to redirect the Data Subject Request as necessary to allow Customer to respond directly.
Assistance to Data Controller. (a) Data Processor shall provide assistance in such a way that the Data Controller can safeguard its own liability according to law and regulation, assisting the Data Controller in: • Implementing technical and organizational measures as mentioned above, • Observing duty of notification to supervisory authorities and Data Subjects as a result of non-conformity, • Performing assessment of data privacy implications ("DPIA, Data Privacy Impact Assessments"), • Performing preceding discussions with supervisory authorities when an assessment of data privacy implications makes it necessary, • Notifying the Data Controller if the Data Processor believes that a Data Controller's instruction is in violation of applicable data privacy regulations.
Assistance to Data Controller. 10.1 The Data Processor shall notify all third parties supporting its own processing of the Personal Data of the termination of the Data Processing Agreement and shall ensure that all such third parties shall either destroy the Personal Data or return the Personal Data to the Data Controllers, at the discretion of the Data Controllers.
