ASSISTANCE ON EXPIRY OR TERMINATION. 21.1. In the event that this Call Off Contract expires or is terminated the Supplier shall, where so requested by the Customer, provide assistance to the Customer to migrate the provision of the Services to a Replacement Supplier.
