Assignments to Federal Reserve Banks. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 6.3, any Purchaser may at any time assign, as collateral or otherwise, all or any portion of its rights (including, without limitation, rights to payment of interest and repayment of the Purchased Interest) under this Agreement to any Federal Reserve Bank, without notice to or consent of the Seller, Administrator or any other Person; provided that no such assignment shall release a Purchaser from any of its obligations hereunder, or substitute any such assignee for such Purchaser as a party hereto. In connection with such pledge, such Purchaser shall be entitled to receive a physical note evidencing such Purchased Interest.
