Common use of Assignments to Federal Reserve Banks Clause in Contracts

Assignments to Federal Reserve Banks. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 6.3, any Purchaser may at any time assign, as collateral or otherwise, all or any portion of its rights (including, without limitation, rights to payment of interest and repayment of the Purchased Interest) under this Agreement to any Federal Reserve Bank, without notice to or consent of the Seller, Administrator or any other Person. In connection with such pledge, such Purchaser shall be entitled to receive a physical note evidencing such Purchased Interest.
