Assignment Procedure. On Flight or Flight Sequence - Where an employee is assigned to operate in another classification, the following shall be applicable: Xxxxxx - Move up Assistant Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx. If no Assistant Xxxxxx, move up most senior volunteer Flight Attendant to Xxxxxx. When there are no volunteers, move-up the most senior Flight Attendant to Xxxxxx. The senior Flight Attendant will be responsible to communicate to the Crew Resource Centre which employee will operate as Xxxxxx NOTE: An Assistant Xxxxxx who is part of the crew complement may be moved up to Xxxxxx prior to the application of draft procedures. NOTE: When there are two Pursers on the same pairing, the senior Xxxxxx shall be the In-Charge. Where an employee is moved up to a higher classification, s/he must contact the Crew Resource Centre on his/her return to Home Base to arrange for payment under Article 5.12.01.
Assignment Procedure. 1. Teaching personnel will be informed by the Superintendent of the teacher's subsequent school year assignment no later than July 15. Notice of assignment will be included with salary notice information. Assignment changes taking place after July 15 shall be made only after discussion with the personnel involved and any subsequent change initiated by the school administration and taking effect after July 15, shall be reason to automatically enter into a supplemental contract to compensate for preparation time, plans, inconvenience, etc., as per guidelines listed. In entering into a supplemental contract, it shall be with the teacher's knowledge and assurance that all other practical avenues to resolve the situation are nonexistent and that the assignment will be for no other purpose than that which educationally benefits the instructional program.
Assignment Procedure. Teachers will receive an assignment no later than July 20th for the coming school year once placements have been determined by the BOARD.
Assignment Procedure a) Unit members shall complete an Adjunct Assignment Availability and Request Form, (Appendix E), for each semester. Unit members shall be notified of the form due date at least fourteen (14) days prior to the due date.

Assignment Procedure. To ensure equity in assignments, the annual co-curricular supervision duty schedule shall be posted and distributed. On the first duty day of the teacher school year, each unit member may select two duty assignments. On the second duty day of the teacher school year, each unit member may select two additional assignments. After the second duty day, each unit member may select remaining uncovered assignments. Co-curricular assignments, that remain uncovered following the third duty day, will be assigned by the Principal’s activities designee as follows:
Assignment Procedure. The Assignment Procedure shall apply with respect to any assignment of an interest in this Agreement. Clause 2404 of the Operating Procedure is hereby deleted and shall not apply to recognition of Parties upon assignment of an interest in accordance with the terms contained herein.

A member is free to decline assignment to the Training and Safety Coordinator's position if the member so chooses.
