Common use of Assignment of Rents Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Rents. Upon receipt by Lessee of written notice from Lender that Lender has elected to terminate the license granted to Lessor to collect rents, as provided in the Deed of Trust, and directing the payment of rents by Lessee to Lender, Lessee shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Lessor is in default under the Loan and/or the Deed of Trust.

Assignment of Rents. Upon receipt by Lessee of written notice from Lender that Lender has elected to terminate the license granted to Lessor to collect rents, as provided in the Deed of TrustMortgage, and directing the payment of rents by Lessee to Lender, Lessee shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Lessor is in default under the Loan and/or the Deed of TrustMortgage.

Assignment of Rents. Upon receipt by Lessee of written notice from Lender Bank that Lender Bank has elected to terminate the license granted to Lessor to collect rents, as provided in the Deed of Trust, and directing the payment of rents by Lessee to Lendermake payment thereof to Bank, Lessee shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Lessor or Borrower is in default under the Loan and/or the Deed of Trustany obligations to Bank.

Assignment of Rents. Upon receipt by Lessee of written notice from Lender that Lender has elected to terminate the license granted to Lessor Owner to collect rents, as provided in the Deed of Trust, and directing the payment of rents by Lessee to Lender, Lessee shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Lessor Owner is in default under the Loan and/or the Deed of Trust, and Owner hereby so directs and authorizes Lessee to make such payments upon receipt of such notice from Lender.

Owner hereby irrevocably authorizes Lessee to make payment as may be directed pursuant to this Section 3.4.

Upon receipt by Lessee Xxxxxx of written notice from Lender that Lender Xxxxxx has elected to terminate the license granted to Lessor to collect rents, as provided in the Deed Deeds of Trust, and directing the payment of rents by Lessee Xxxxxx to Lender, Lessee shall comply with such direction to pay and shall not be required to determine whether Lessor is in default under the Loan and/or the Deed Deeds of Trust.
