Common use of ASSIGNMENT OF DEBTS Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OF DEBTS. 7 Unless this Agreement is followed without interruption by another Agreement between the parties 8 hereto for the same services and substantially the same scope, at the termination of this Agreement, 9 INTERMEDIARYCONTRACTOR shall assign to COUNTY any debts owing to 10 INTERMEDIARYCONTRACTOR by or on behalf of persons receiving services pursuant to this 11 Agreement. INTERMEDIARYCONTRACTOR shall immediately notify by mail each of these persons, 12 specifying the date of assignment, the County of Orange as assignee, and the address to which payments 13 are to be sent. Payments received by INTERMEDIARYCONTRACTOR from or on behalf of said 14 persons, shall be immediately given to COUNTY. 15
