ASSIGNMENT OF CHATTELS. LESSEE hereby pledges and assigns to LESSOR as security for the payment of any and all Rental or other sums or amounts provided for herein, all of the furniture, fixtures, goods and chattels of LESSEE which shall or may be brought or put on or into said Leased Premises, and LESSEE agrees that said lien may be enforced by distress, foreclosure or otherwise, at the election of the LESSOR.

ASSIGNMENT OF CHATTELS. Tenant hereby pledges and assigns to Landlord as security for the payment of any and all rent or other sums or amounts provided for herein, all of the furniture, fixtures, goods and chattels of Tenant which shall be, or may be, brought or put on or into the said premises but excluding computer equipment and Point of Sale Terminals and equipment located on the Premises, and Tenant agrees that said lien may be enforced by distress, foreclosure:. or otherwise, at the election of the Landlord. Tenant hereby expressly waives and renounces for himself and family, any and all homestead exemption rights he may now have or hereafter acquire under or by virtue of the Constitution and the laws of the State of Florida, or of any other state, or of the United States, as the payment of said rental or any other obligation or damage that may accrue under the terms of this Lease.
ASSIGNMENT OF CHATTELS. Tenant pledges and assigns to Landlord all furniture, fixtures, goods and chattels of said Tenant which shall be brought or put into said premises as security for payment of rent herein reserved and tenant agrees that said lien may be inforced by stress, foreclosure, or otherwise at the election of the Landlord, and does agree to pay reasonable attorneys' fees, together with all costs and charges thereof incurred by Landlord.

No such assignment or delegation shall affect any liability of the Master Servicer arising out of acts or omissions prior to the effective date thereof.

  • ASSIGNMENT AND XXXX OF SALE This ASSIGNMENT AND XXXX OF SALE is made, delivered and effective as of March 9, 2021, by Xxxx Wealth, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Transferor”), in favor of Series Gallery Drop 084, a Series of Xxxx Gallery LLC, a Delaware series limited liability company (the “Transferee”).

If this lease be assigned, or if the demised premises or any part thereof be underlet or occupied by anybody other than Tenant, Owner may, after default by Tenant, collect rent from the assignee, under-tenant or occupant, and apply the net amount collected to the rent herein reserved, but no such assignment, underletting, occupancy or collection shall be deemed a waiver of this covenant, or the acceptance of the assignee, under-tenant or occupant as tenant, or a release of Tenant from the further performance by Tenant of covenants on the part of Tenant herein contained. The consent by Owner to an assignment or underletting shall not in any wise be construed to relieve Tenant from obtaining the express consent in writing of Owner to any further assignment or underletting.
