Assignment Fee. Unless the assignment shall be to an affiliate of the assignor or the assignment shall be due to merger of the assignor or for regulatory purposes, either the assignor or the assignee shall remit to Agent, for its own account, an administrative fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500).
Assignment Fee. Licensee will pay the assignment fee set forth in Section 3.1(e) of the Patent License Agreement within 15 days of the assignment of the Agreement.

Assignment Fee. In the event that Landlord shall consent to a sublease or assignment under Article 13.1, Tenant shall pay to Landlord reasonable fees not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500) incurred in connection with giving such consent. All rent received by Tenant from its subtenants in excess of the rent payable by Tenant to Landlord under this Lease shall be paid to Landlord, or any sums to be paid by an assignee to Tenant in consideration of the assignment of this Lease shall be paid to Landlord.
Assignment Fee. In the event that Landlord shall consent to a sublease or assignment under Article 13.1, Tenant agrees to reimburse Landlord for the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Landlord in connection with such consent.
