Assignment by us. 23.1 We may assign, novate, transfer or sub-licence any of Our rights under this agreement to any person.

In connection with any such transaction or potential transaction, we may give information about you, any Authorized User and your Account to the assignee or prospective assignee.

Assignment by us. This Agreement is fully assignable by us.

We will have no responsibility for and you hereby release us of liability for the performance of any obligations under this Agreement or for any of your monies after the effective date of the sale, transfer, or assignment. Upon your receipt or deemed receipt of Notice, you must render to the purchaser, transferee, or assignee the performance of your obligations under this Agreement, and must look solely to them for the return of the Performance Deposit and any pre-paid monies.
