Common use of Assignment and Novation Clause in Contracts

Assignment and Novation. The parties agree that: (a) Sandvik may assign, novate, or otherwise deal with the Contract pursuant to these ToS without the consent of the Purchaser, to the extent permissible by Law; and (b) the Purchaser agrees to provide all assistance reasonably required by Sandvik to give effect to its rights under this Clause.
