Assigned Hours. Yard crews shall be assigned for a fixed period of time, which shall be the same hours daily for all regular members of the crew. Such hours will be relaxed only to the extent provided in Article 3.3(d)(i).So far as it is practicable assignments shall be restricted to eight hours work.
Assigned Hours. Assigned hours include reasonable time spent in preparation for work before and after the shift, travel to and from the assignment, time spent in staging, briefings, check-in, and demobilization. When resources are assigned to “Standby” in Base Camp for initial attack or emergency deployment to the field, even though they are not assigned to the Incident Action Plan, all hours will be reimbursable. This condition requires the approval of the Operations Section Chief and the signature of the Division Supervisor on the crew time report. Not included for reimbursement are unscheduled overtime hours such as meals, sleep time, and unassigned hours. During unassigned hours, personnel can leave base camp and are free from duty.
Assigned Hours a. The actual hours of duty time shall vary at work locations, dependent upon individual assignments.
Assigned Hours. The Board reserves the right to increase or decrease the regularly assigned hours depending upon transportation needs of the district, as determined by the Board. Any decrease that results in fewer hours than those above shall be subject to a thirty (30) day notice.
Assigned Hours. (I) The regular work week shall be five eight-hour days, Monday through Friday. inclusive, except Stationary Engineers who shall work any days of the seven Monday through Sunday.
Assigned Hours. The actual hours of duty time will vary at work locations dependent upon individual school assignments. Such variance in hours of duty shall be determined by the immediate supervisor not later than thirty (30) days after the opening day of classes. Once the hours of work are established, including variables in yearly work assignment such as student vacation periods and modified school day, they will not be varied for an individual employee without that employee's consent or without just cause given the employee in writing, subject to challenge in the grievance procedure.
