Assignation. 32.1. The Service Provider may not assign its interest in the Contract or any part of it without the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
Assignation. From 1 November 2019 if you want to assign this tenancy to another person, the house must have been your only or principal home during the 12 months immediately before the date of your written request to assign the tenancy to someone else. In addition, the person who you wish to assign your tenancy to must have been living in the house as their only or principal home for at least 12 months before the date of your written request and you, a joint tenant or the person who you now wish to assign the tenancy to must have notified us of them moving into the property. The length of time the person you want to assign this tenancy to must have been living in the property starts from the date we are notified that the person is living in the property as their only or principal home. You can give us notice of someone living with you before 1 November 2019 and that time will count towards the length of time they have been living at the property.
Assignation. Neither Party may assign or transfer (whether outright or in security) any or all of its rights under this Agreement without the prior written agreement of the other Party.

Assignation. 42.1. The Supplier may not assign its interest in the Contract or any part of it without the prior written consent of the Purchaser.
Assignation. The Bank and the Lender shall be entitled to assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of the benefit of their respective interests in the Securities without the consent of the other Creditor provided that the assignee or transferee undertakes in writing to the Bank or to the Lender, as the case may be, to be bound by the terms of the Ranking Agreement and to enter into all necessary documentation to give effect to that undertaking. Disclosure of information During the joint continuance of the Securities each of the Creditors may disclose to the other information concerning the Customer and its affairs in a manner and to such extent as the Creditors shall agree and the Customer consents to such disclosure.
Assignation. 18.1 The Supplier shall not, without the prior written consent of the University, assign, transfer, charge, sub-contract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Contract.
Assignation. The Beneficiary shall be entitled to assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations under this Guarantee at any time to any person without the consent of the Guarantor being required and any such assignment, assignation or transfer shall not release the Guarantor from its liability under this Guarantee.
Assignation. The Beneficiary may assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations (whenever arising) and benefit of this Agreement or any part thereof to any subsidiary or holding company of, or any subsidiary of a holding company of, the Beneficiary without the consent of the Contractor being required. For the avoidance of doubt any such assignation shall not be deemed to count towards the number of assignations permitted in terms of Clause 8.2 hereof. The meaning of “subsidiary company” and “holding company” for the purposes of this Clause shall be the meaning ascribed to them by Section 1159 of the Companies Xxx 0000. The Beneficiary (or any party to whom the Beneficiary have assigned its rights and/or obligations and benefit of the Agreement in terms of Clause 8.1) shall also be entitled, without the need for consent, to assign or transfer its rights and/or obligations hereunder and benefit of this Agreement or any part, thereof. Thereafter those rights and/or obligations and benefit assigned shall, without the need for consent, be assignable by the assignee once only. The Contractor shall not be entitled to assign or transfer any rights or obligations hereunder without the consent of the Beneficiary. The Contractor shall not be entitled to contend that any person to whom this Agreement is assigned or transferred in accordance with this Clause 8 is precluded from recovering under this Agreement any loss resulting from any breach of this Agreement (whenever arising) by reason that such person is an assignee and not a named party hereunder.
