Assets Transfer. Alinma Investment shall deliver, as soon as possible after the termination of this Agreement, all cash amounts, financial instruments and title deeds maintained by Alinma Investment, along with a report reflecting all transactions executed until the termination date to the Investor or any party )based on the Investor’s request(, or to the Investor’s successors )as the case may be(. The Investor shall mandate Alinma Investment to finalize all transactions and shall authorize Alinma Investment to pay any necessary amounts subject to the following conditions:
Assets Transfer. All the employees, material assets and intellectual property rights of Beijing Tusen Hulian Technology Co., Ltd. Assets Transfer. 2.2.1 Upon the completion of the Appraisal stipulated in Article 2.1, Party A shall cause its Affiliates as listed in Schedule IV to each transfer the respective Assets to Party A.
