Asset Schedule. Seller shall at all times maintain a current list (which may be stored in electronic form) of the Note and increases and decreases in the outstanding VFN Principal Balance thereof.

Asset Schedule. The information set forth in the related Asset Schedule and all other information or data furnished by, or on behalf of, the applicable Seller Party to Administrative Agent is complete, true and correct in all material respects.

Asset Schedule. The Asset Schedule includes complete and accurate (a) listings of all Real Property; (b) listings of all Personal Property; (c) descriptions of all Real Property Leases and Assigned Contracts, none of which requires any consent of third parties in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, except otherwise as indicated in Seller's Disclosure Schedule; (d) descriptions of all of the Intellectual Property; and (e) listings of all of the FCC Licenses, all of the foregoing of which will, as of the Closing, be owned and held by Seller as reflected in the Asset Schedule.

As of each date an updated Asset Schedule and Schedule I to each Participation Certificate are delivered in accordance with this Section 6.04, Seller hereby certifies, represents and warrants to Buyer that each such updated Asset Schedule and Schedule I to each Participation Certificate are true, complete and correct in all material respects.
