Asset Schedule. Seller shall at all times maintain a current list (which may be stored in electronic form) of the Note and increases and decreases in the outstanding VFN Principal Balance thereof.
Asset Schedule. The information set forth in the related Asset Schedule and all other information or data furnished by, or on behalf of, the applicable Seller Party to Administrative Agent is complete, true and correct in all material respects.
Asset Schedule. The information set forth in the related Asset Schedule and all other information or data furnished by, or on behalf of, Sellers to Buyer is complete, true and correct in all material respects, and each Seller acknowledges that Buyer has not verified the accuracy of such information or data.
Asset Schedule. The Asset Schedule most recently submitted to the Buyer is a true and correct list of the Assets pledged hereunder as of the date of submission.

The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer on each Determination Date for any Interim Payment Date a cumulative Asset Schedule as of the last Business Day of the preceding week, each of which, when so delivered, shall replace the current Asset Schedule and which may be delivered in electronic form. As of each date an updated Asset Schedule is delivered in accordance with this Section 6.04, the Seller hereby certifies, represents and warrants to the Buyer that each such updated Asset Schedule is true, complete and correct in all material respects.
Asset Schedule. Schedule A includes a complete and accurate listing of all of the tangible Purchased Assets of any nature whatsoever, necessary to operate Seller’s business in the manner presently operated by Seller and (b) includes all of the operating assets of Seller.

The Asset Schedule includes complete and accurate (a) listings of all Real Property; (b) listings of all Personal Property; (c) descriptions of all Real Property Leases and Assigned Contracts, none of which requires any consent of third parties in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, except otherwise as indicated in Seller's Disclosure Schedule; (d) descriptions of all of the Intellectual Property; and (e) listings of all of the FCC Licenses, all of the foregoing of which will, as of the Closing, be owned and held by Seller as reflected in the Asset Schedule.

The information set forth in the related Asset Schedule and all other information or data furnished by, or on behalf of, a Borrower to the Lender is complete, true and correct in all material respects, and each Borrower acknowledges that the Lender has not verified the accuracy of such information or data.

Seller shall deliver to Buyer (and Xxxxxx Xxx, promptly upon request) on each Determination Date for any MRA Payment Date, a cumulative Asset Schedule as of the last Business Day of the preceding week which, when so delivered, shall replace the current Asset Schedule, together with an updated copy of Schedule I to each Participation Certificate (which may reflect the removal of Mortgage Loans and/or Mortgage Pools from the Portfolio in connection with a Permitted Disposition, or to otherwise indicate that the applicable Mortgage Pools are Excluded Mortgage Pools and the related servicing rights are Excluded MSRs). As of each date an updated Asset Schedule and Schedule I to each Participation Certificate are delivered in accordance with this Section 6.04, Seller hereby certifies, represents and warrants to Buyer that each such updated Asset Schedule and Schedule I to each Participation Certificate are true, complete and correct in all material respects.
