Assessment Requirement. Subrecipient shall conduct the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE), Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (XXXXX), Basic English Skills Test (BEST), or Massachusetts Adult Proficiency Test (MAPT) objective assessment of the academic levels, skills levels, and service needs of each participant. This assessment shall include a review of basic skills, occupational skills, prior work experience, employability, interest, aptitudes, supportive service needs, and developmental needs for the purpose of identifying appropriate services and career pathways for participants. Assessments must also consider a youth’s strengths rather than just focusing on areas that need improvement. The County of Orange reserves the right to identify an assessment tool in which the service provider must utilize.

  • Payment Requirements ‌ If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. The County shall notify Subrecipient at the earliest possible time of any service, which will or may be affected by a shortage of funds. No penalty shall accrue to the County in the event this provision is exercised and the County shall not be obligated nor liable for any damages as a result of termination under this provision of this Contract, and nothing herein shall be construed as obligating the County to expend or as involving the County in any Contract or other obligation for future payment of money in excess of appropriations authorized by law.

  • Development Requirements The exterior wall standards set forth in this section shall apply to the structures located on the Property.
