Assessment procedure. Student assessments shall be administered by the Department Head or her/his designee. Individual Faculty Members may assist and cooperate in the administration of the student assessment but a Faculty Member shall not be required to do so involuntarily. In no case may the Faculty Member, when assisting in the administration of the student assessment, administer the instrument in her/his own class. The Faculty Member will leave the classroom when the instrument is administered to her/his class.

During the examination the examiner (or his/her WU representative) and at least one other WU supervisor/evaluator must be present. Assessment procedure. Following the participantsconsent to take part in the study, participants were first administered the XXX (Xxxxx et al., 2006), followed by the ERQ (Xxxx et al., 2008) and then the mental simulation task (Xxxxx et al., 2012). The five scenarios in the mental simulation task were given in a counterbalanced order and each scenario was followed by the five post-scenario ratings. Measures were completed during a single individual meeting with the participants over a 30-45 minute session with the researcher. Upon completion the participants were debriefed, given the opportunity to ask questions and thanked for their participation.
Assessment procedure. In order that the selection process can be seen to be as fair and reasonable as possible a system is operated whereby applicants are placed into one of 6 bands according to their specific housing need as identified through their answers on the standard application form. Applicants may further appeal to the Housing Ombudsman’s Service, provided that the Council’s complaints procedure has been exhausted. A record is maintained on the Isle of Wight Housing Register system of all applications to enable queries to be answered. Applicants may call at the Council’s Housing Services office to inspect such information as is held about them at a pre- arranged mutually convenient time. The Council will seek notification of a continuing requirement for housing at intervals of twelve months. All applicants will be sent circulars for this purpose.
