  • Staffing Levels to deal with Potential Violence The Employer agrees that, where there is a risk of violence, an adequate level of trained employees should be present. The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situations.

  • PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT II.1.1 The Contractor shall perform the Contract to the highest professional standards. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for complying with any legal obligations incumbent on him, notably those resulting from employment, tax and social legislation.

  • Legal Action; Utilization of Special Receivership Powers The Assuming Institution shall notify the Receiver in writing (such notice to be given in accordance with Article V below and to include all relevant details) prior to utilizing in any legal action any special legal power or right which the Assuming Institution derives as a result of having acquired an asset from the Receiver, and the Assuming Institution shall not utilize any such power unless the Receiver shall have consented in writing to the proposed usage. The Receiver shall have the right to direct such proposed usage by the Assuming Institution and the Assuming Institution shall comply in all respects with such direction. Upon request of the Receiver, the Assuming Institution will advise the Receiver as to the status of any such legal action. The Assuming Institution shall immediately notify the Receiver of any judgment in litigation involving any of the aforesaid special powers or rights.

  • Cultural Competency 1. All program staff shall receive at least one (1) in-service training per year on some aspect of providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services. At least once per year and upon request, Contractor shall provide County with a schedule of in-service training(s) and a list of participants at each such training.

  • SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT 4.1 The Contractor shall perform the Services set out [in Schedule 1] [below2] in accordance with the Contract.

  • Amendment of the Contract (06/19) Any changes to the provisions of this Contract shall be in the form of an Amendment. No provision of this Contract may be amended unless such Amendment is approved as to form by the City Attorney and executed in writing by authorized representatives of the Parties. If the requirements for Amendment of this Contract as described in this section are not satisfied in full, then such Amendments automatically will be deemed null, void, invalid, non-binding, and of no legal force or effect.   • Scope of the Convention Article 1
