Assessment of progress. In furtherance of the goals stated above, OHSU, NMI, RCI and Block 39 will encourage their general contractors working on Contingent Projects in the Project Area to support the Workforce Diversity Strategy and will require such contractors to provide summary data reflecting minority and women workforce participation within the Project Area. The Parties also agree to annually assess the progress of the Workforce Diversity Strategy through review and analysis of workforce data collected from each Party’s respective contractors, trade unions and other sources. PDC, NMI, OHSU, RCI and Block 39 acknowledge that the Workforce Diversity Strategy may be modified over time based on this annual assessment, and the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to address changes and amend this Agreement accordingly. All Parties will be bound by any material changes to the Workforce Diversity Strategy that are set forth in writing and signed by the Parties.

  • Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.

  • Payment of Project Costs The Grantee agrees that it will provide for payment of its full share of Project costs and that all costs connected with the Project will be paid by the Grantee on a timely basis.

  • Assessment Center A promotional candidate may not appeal or dispute the Assessment Center or scoring of the Assessment Center to an administrative or judicial body except for fraud committed by an assessor.

  • Assessment of Performance The assignment of a teacher to a TLS position will be subject to review by the school district’s administration at least annually. The first review must be completed no later than five (5) work days before the beginning of the transfer process. The review shall include peer feedback on the effectiveness of the teacher’s performance of duty specific to the teacher’s TLS position. A teacher who completes an assignment in a TLS position may apply for assignment to a new TLS position.

  • Scope of Project i.
