Assessment Fees. I/We understand that individual Piedmont teams will participate in additional activities not included in the registration or season fees. Those fees may include, but may not be limited to, tournament fees, off-ice training, non-parent coach’s travel and hotel, team parties, etc. I understand that by participating on a Piedmont team, that I will be required to pay my player’s prorated portion of any assessment fees calculated by the team. Appointment of Agent. I/We appoint the representative or coach of the Piedmont Hockey Club, or Haymarket Iceplex employee, as my/our agent for the purpose of authorizing medical attention in the event that the Player requires emergency medical attention while in the care of Piedmont Travel Hockey. Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability. I/We understand that participation in, and observation of, the sport of ice hockey constitutes a risk to the Player and observer of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I/We, on behalf of myself/ourselves and/or the Player, voluntarily and knowingly accept and assume this risk and release Piedmont Hockey Club and all duly appointed, or recognized officers, volunteers, officials, affiliates, sponsors, and event organizers, from any and all liability arising from, or related to, any Piedmont Hockey Club function.

Assessment Fees. Management Firm shall collect and account for all monthly/quarterly Maintenance Assessment Fees as prescribed by the Association, and other charges such as late fees due by owners.
Assessment Fees. Assessment fees may be assessed, from time to time, for capital expenditures related to the operation of ROCKY POINT RETREAT. Such special fee assessments will be allocated between all the tenants based on the number of lots leased by each tenant. Landlord will determine how such special assessments will be payable, i.e. monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, etc. and may give each tenant an election as to the payment schedule.
Assessment Fees. Customer shall pay ACT for the Assessments and Services provided pursuant to this Description of Services according to the Unit Prices in the Fee Schedule (Exhibit 2-B), for the actual quantity of Assessments provided to Customer. The actual quantity of assessments shall be the total number of answer documents processed by ACT, including any answer documents that include partially completed tests or sub-tests. For online testing, billing is based on the number of online assessments launched. If an examinee starts any one of the sub-tests, then the entire battery is charged. The enrollment and total cost indicated in the Fee Schedule are estimates, for planning purposes only. ACT will invoice Customer for the actual quantity of Assessments processed. No custom services fees will be charged. The Agreement cumulative total for FY2019 to 2021 is $4,202,000.00

  • Late Payment Fees (a) The Servicer shall not waive any part of any Late Payment Fee unless (i) the collection of any Late Payment Fee would violate any relevant law or regulation or (ii) the waiving of the Late Payment Fee would otherwise benefit the Trust Fund and it is expected that the waiver would maximize recovery of total proceeds, taking into account the value of the Late Payment Fee and related Mortgage Loan and doing so is standard and customary in servicing similar Mortgage Loans (including the waiver of a Late Payment Fee in connection with a refinancing of a Mortgage Loan that is related to a default or reasonably foreseeable default).

  • Permit Fees All Permit fees paid to regulatory agencies for approvals directly attributable to the Project. These permit fees do not include those permits required to be paid by the construction Contractor.

  • Management Fees (a) In consideration of the services provided by the Investment Manager, each class of a Fund shall pay to the Investment Manager a management fee that is calculated as described in this Section 6 using the fee schedules described herein.
