It is not the intent of the Department to remove existing clients from services to serve new clients being assessed and prioritized for service delivery. DCF APS High Risk individuals: The Contractor shall ensure that pursuant to Section 430.205(5)(a), F.S., those elderly persons who are determined by DCF APS to be vulnerable adults in need of services, pursuant to Section 415.104(3)(b), or to be victims of abuse, neglect, or exploitation who need immediate services to prevent further harm, and are referred by APS, shall be given primary consideration for receiving CCE services. As used in this subsection, "primary consideration" means that an assessment and services must commence within seventy-two (72) hours after referral to the Department or as established in accordance with local protocols developed between Department service contractors and APS. The Contractor shall follow guidelines for DCF APS High Risk referrals established in the APS Operations Manual, which is incorporated by reference. For DCF APS Low, Intermediate, and High-Risk Referrals for individuals enrolled in a Medicaid long-term care program at the time of referral to the Contractor or subcontractor, the Contractor shall: Ensure that the intake entity contacts and notifies the DCF APS protective investigator that the referral was not accepted because the referred individual is enrolled in a Medicaid long-term care program; and Ensure that the intake entity notes that the referred individual is enrolled in a Medicaid long-term care program in the ARTT as the reason for rejection. Imminent Risk individuals: Individuals in the community whose mental or physical health condition has deteriorated to the degree that self-care is not possible, there is no capable caregiver, and nursing home placement is likely within one (1) month or very likely within three (3) months. Aging Out individuals: Individuals receiving CCDA and HCDA services through DCF’s Adult Services transitioning to community-based services provided through the Department when DCF’s services are not currently available. Service priority for individuals not included in a., c., or d. above, regardless of referral source, will be determined through the Department’s functional assessment administered to each applicant, to the extent funding is available. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Maintenance and Warranty Service Reports The report shall include the name of the Authorized User and all of the information in Section 2.24.1 and be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer version unprotected, via e-mail to the attention of the OGS Contract Administrator.

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

  • Sole Source as Grounds for Rejection of a Change Order If a Change Order is submitted to Contractor for the purposes of adding a Bulletin to this Contract and said Bulletin designates a Sole Source from which Contractor is required to procure goods or services necessary to perform the Work, which Sole Source has not been designated previously, Contractor shall be entitled to reject the proposed Change Order if the designated Sole Source refuses to provide to Contractor the warranties, bonds, terms or schedule required under the Contract Documents, including any warranty or terms or schedule required by Bulletins referenced in the proposed Change Order. In such event, Contractor shall give written notice to the Owner rejecting the proposed Change Order and, if possible, shall accompany said written notice with a proposal from Contractor for changes or modifications to the Bulletin so as to eliminate the Sole Source designation but to achieve goods or services equal in quality or function. The Owner may then require the Design Professional to revise the subject Bulletin so as to eliminate the designation of the Sole Source by incorporation of Contractor's proposal or otherwise. Upon revision of the Bulletin by the Design Professional and approval thereof by the Owner, the Owner shall again submit to the Contractor a proposed Change Order for the purpose of adding the revised Bulletin to this Contract. If the Owner decides to retain the Sole Source in the Change Order and Contractor cannot acquire the full contractually required warranties from the Sole Source, Contractor shall be held only to the warranty terms and schedule obtainable from the Sole Source.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.
