ASF Members on layoff. An ASF Member who receives an Employer contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been laid off pursuant to the provisions of Article 22, remains eligible for an Employer contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of twelve (12) months from date of layoff.

  • MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND CONSULAR POSTS Nothing in this Agreement shall affect the fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions or consular posts under the general rules of international law or under the provisions of special agreements.
