Asbestos Management. The Charter School agrees to pay all costs related to compliance with federal requirements for asbestos management in the Charter School.

The only asbestos that can be disposed of by Tenants (or non specialized contractors on behalf of the Tenant) is concrete asbestos. Asbestos Management. A. The District has surveyed its facilities for asbestos and the results have been placed in the “Asbestos Management Plan” for each facility. Each plan includes an operations and maintenance program. Management plans are available for Contractor’s review at the District’s Facilities Department during normal business hours. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to become familiar with the type and location of asbestos containing building materials in the facility by consulting the aforementioned Asbestos Management Plan and to survey the work area for potential asbestos containing materials before starting work. In performing the work, the Contractor will comply with procedures established in the operations and maintenance program and with Federal, State, and Local health and Safety Regulations.
Asbestos Management. 11.10.1 In order to comply with Environmental Law and Health and Safety Law the Seller appointed the Independent Consultant to carry out appropriate surveys of the presence of Asbestos in each of the Properties to assess the risk presented by the Asbestos identified and to prepare the Asbestos Management Plan in relation to that Asbestos.

Asbestos Management. In January 2013, the mandatory three-year inspection of the Walla Walla Public Schools facilities was successfully completed. This inspection is required by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response ACT (AHERA) of 1986. AHERA regulations also require that annual notification be given to teachers, workers, and the students’ parents/guardians to update them on the status of asbestos in their schools and of the availability of the management plans. Walla Walla Public Schools conducts six-month periodic surveillance inspections in January and July to check the condition of the asbestos-containing building materials and the records are kept at Plant Facilities. The inspection reports are included in the updated copies of the AHERA Management Plans that are located in the district plant facilities office and district schools. Asbestos Management. The following language shall be added to the last paragraph on page 79 of the Charter: “The Charter School shall occupy facilities that comply with the Asbestos requirement as cited in the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), 40CFR part 763.”
Asbestos Management. ENERGEX has developed an Asbestos Management Plan aimed at managing asbestos hazards in the workplace. The plan has been developed recognising the mandatory requirements set out under the Queensland Workplace Health and Safety Xxx 0000 and attendant Regulation. ENERGEX commits to an on-going obligation to provide a safe work environment by pursuing strategies to manage asbestos hazards identified in the workplace by documenting and implementing procedures designed to minimise the risk of exposure to asbestos in the workplace in accordance with the aforementioned legislative requirements.
Asbestos Management. The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 (AHERA) requires the inspection of all buildings in the school district for asbestos. Central Tech has complied with this act. Asbestos Management. A representative from the Housing Department from Dutch Foreign Affairs will arrange in cooperation with Property and Infrastructure Support and the Principal an asbestos survey to be carried out every three years in line with the Dutch Asbestos policy. • The Principal or the delegated responsible person will monitor areas where asbestos material is present, record significant findings and arrange for remedial works to be carried out if necessary in cooperation with the Dutch Embassy. • All works undertaken will be updated in the asbestos survey on completion.
