As-Built Plans. Upon completion of the Initial Tenant Work, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a copy of the as-built plans and specifications for the Initial Tenant Work within thirty (30) days of completing the same. Upon receipt, Landlord will transfer such plans to Landlord’s Master Plans at Tenant’s expense.
