ARTISTS COVERED Sample Clauses

The 'ARTISTS COVERED' clause defines which artists are included under the scope of the agreement. It typically lists the specific individuals, groups, or acts whose work or services are governed by the contract, and may clarify whether future members or associated acts are also included. This clause ensures that all parties are clear about whose rights and obligations are affected, preventing disputes over coverage and ensuring the agreement applies only to the intended artists.
