ARTISTS COVERED. Artist", as used in this Agreement, shall refer to the following persons engaged by the Engager from time to time through COA Engagement Contracts for the purpose of presenting productions/concerts/workshop and development activities and casual presentations in the performing arts and opera: Soloists, Performers (including Dancers), Ensemble Studio Artists, Apprentices, Chorus Members, Production Stage Manager, Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, Stage Director, Associate Stage Director, Assistant and Apprentice Stage Director, Fight Director, Choreographer, Assistant Choreographer, and Ballet Master/Mistress.
ARTISTS COVERED. The OPERA THEATRE hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all SOLO SINGERS, NARRATORS, STAGE DIRECTORS and their assistants, STAGE MANAGERS and their assistants, performers who have speaking parts, CHOREOGRAPHERS, BALLET MASTERS and BALLET MISTRESSES, and SOLO DANCERS, (hereinafter referred to as "PRINCIPALS"), CORPS DE BALLET DANCERS (hereinafter referred to as "DANCERS"), APPRENTICE SINGERS, members of OPERA THEATRE’S apprentice program (hereinafter referred to as “ENSEMBLE ARTISTS”), and all CHORUS SINGERS (hereinafter referred to as "CHORISTERS"), and of all the preceding hereinafter referred to collectively as "ARTISTS", engaged by the OPERA THEATRE. The OPERA THEATRE agrees that AGMA represents, for collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.
ARTISTS COVERED. 1.01 The Engager hereby recogni zes CAEA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Dancers, Narrators, Singers, Choreographers (as defined herein), Stage Managers and their Assistants, Ballet Masters and Mistresses, and (if engaged for thirty (30) or more weeks in a season) Resident Choreologists, Coaches, Repetiteurs (all hereinafter referred to collectively as “Artist”) engaged by the Engager.
ARTISTS COVERED. The COMPANY hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all Solo Singers, Narrators, Stage Directors and their assistants, Stage Managers and their assistants, Choreographers, Solo Dancers and performers who have speaking parts (hereinafter referred to as "PRINCIPALS"), all Corps de Ballet Dancers (hereinafter referred to as "DANCERS"), and all Chorus Singers (hereinafter referred to as "CHORISTERS"), and all of the preceding hereinafter collectively referred to as "ARTISTS", engaged by the COMPANY. The COMPANY agrees that AGMA represents, for collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.
ARTISTS COVERED. 1.01 The Engager hereby recognizes CAEA as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Artists identified in Equity's Status of the Artist Act certificate issued by the Canadian Association of Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal to CAEA, dated April 25, 1996 including Artists: " engaged to perform the function of actor (including principal, chorus, journeyman, apprentice actor, mime, narrator, local jobber, swing/understudy, or extra), singer (including soloist, performer, ensemble studio Artist, chorus member, apprentice, understudy/cover or extra), dancer (including guest Artists, apprentice dancer or understudy/sharer), production stage manager, stage manager, assistant stage manager, stage management apprentice, stage director, assistant stage director, fight director, fight captain, choreographer, assistant choreographer, dance captain, ballet master or mistress, resident choreologist, coach or repetiteur in a live performance in theatre, opera, ballet, dance, industrial show, cabaret show or concert performance whether or not such performance or entertainment is presented in a theatre or elsewhere, with the exceptions of: (a) singers covered by the 1996 understanding between Canadian Actors' Equity Association and the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada; and (b) independent contractors in the enumerated categories who are covered by the 1992 agreement between Canadian Actors' Equity Association and the Union des Artistes."
ARTISTS COVERED. MANAGEMENT hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all SOLO SINGERS, SPEAKING PERFORMERS/NARRATORS, MUTE PERFORMERS, STAGE DIRECTORS and their assistants, STAGE MANAGERS and their assistants, CHOREOGRAPHERS and their assistants, SOLO DANCERS, BALLET MASTERS/MISTRESSES, and DANCE CAPTAINS (hereinafter called "PRINCIPALS"), CORPS DANCERS, and CHORISTERS, all hereinafter referred to collectively as "ARTISTS," whose services are used by MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT and AGMA agree that AGMA represents, for collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.
ARTISTS COVERED. Equity is recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for Full Company Dancers, Apprentice Dancers, Guest Dancers, Character Artists, Replacement Dancers, Supplementary Dancers, Stage Managers, Singers, Actors and Fight Directors employed by the Ballet.
ARTISTS COVERED. The MANAGEMENT hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Solo Singers; Narrators; Artists engaged to perform mute Leading, Featured, Supporting, and Solo Bit Roles; Stage Directors and their assistants; Stage Managers and their assistants; and performers who have speaking parts (hereinafter referred to as "PRINCIPALS"), all Choreographers and Dancers (hereinafter referred to as "DANCERS") and all Chorus Singers (hereinafter referred to as "CHORISTERS") and all hereinafter referred to collectively as "ARTISTS", whose services are used by the MANAGEMENT. The MANAGEMENT and AGMA agree that AGMA represents, for collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.

MANAGEMENT hereby recognizes AGMA as the exclusive collective bargaining agent for all SOLO SINGERS, SPEAKING PERFORMERS/NARRATORS, MUTE PERFORMERS, STAGE DIRECTORS and their assistants, CHOREOGRAPHERS, SOLO DANCERS, BALLET MASTERS/MISTRESSES, and DANCE CAPTAINS (hereinafter called “PRINCIPALS”), CORPS DANCERS, and CHORISTERS, all hereinafter referred to collectively as “ARTISTS,” whose services are used by MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT and AGMA agree that AGMA represents, for collective bargaining purposes, a majority of the ARTISTS.
ARTISTS COVERED. CAEA is recognized as the exclusive bargaining agent for Full Company Dancers, Apprentice Dancers, Guest Dancers and Local Jobbers and Stage Managers employed by the Engager.
