ARTICLE VII TERMINATION. This Agreement shall terminate upon Consultant’s death or “Disability” (which for purposes of this Agreement shall mean Consultant’s inability to substantially perform the duties described herein for a continuous period of at least thirty (30) days, as reasonably determined by Contractor in its reasonable discretion).
