ARTICLE TWELVE. A. Despite the care taken in selecting instructional materials, occasional objection to a selection will be made by school patrons. In such cases, the principles of the right to teach, to learn, and of the professional responsibility of the staff must be defended, rather than the materials themselves. Criticisms of materials in the school’s collection of instructional materials should be submitted in writing to the principal, and the complainant should be identified properly. The written complaint should take the form of “Request for Reconsideration of Instructional Materials.”
ARTICLE TWELVE. The Parties agree that if any of the following occurs, then it shall be considered as a failure to pay, and the Agreement shall automatically terminate:
