ARTICLE TERM OF AGREEMENT. Unless changed by mutual consent, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect April and expiring on July and shall continue automatically thereafter for one (1) year periods unless one (1) of the parties hereto notifies the other party within ninety (90) days immediately prior to the expiration date, that it desires to amend the Agreement. Negotiations shall begin within fifteen (15) days following notification for amendment, as provided for in the previous paragraph. If, pursuant to the negotiations, an agreement is not reached on the renewal or amendment of this Agreement or the making of a new Agreement prior to the expiry date, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until a new agreement is ratified between the parties or unless conciliation proceedings prescribed under the Ontario Labour Relations Act have been completed, whichever date should first occur.
