ARTICLE E - SENIORITY LIST. E-1 A copy of the current seniority lists as provided for in Article 10.02 will be provided on January 31st and July 31st of each year.
ARTICLE E - SENIORITY LIST. E – 1 In accordance with Article 10.02 of the Collective Agreement, a seniority list will be filed with the President of the Local by March 1st and September 1st.
ARTICLE E - SENIORITY LIST. E-1 The Hospital will provide the Union with a copy of the seniority list as provided for in Article 10.02 of the Central Agreement on January 1 and July 1 of each year.
ARTICLE E - SENIORITY LIST. E.1 The seniority list as referred to in Article 10.02 shall be provided in April and October. Corrected seniority lists for April and October, if any, shall be posted as soon as possible. The seniority list as referred to in Article 10.02 shall be provided every three (3) months when two (2) employees are within twelve (12) hours of each other.

ARTICLE UNION ABSENCE Leave of absence for nurses to attend Union business shall be granted pursuant to the following conditions Adequate notice in writing by the Union is given to the Health Centre No more than a total of ten nurses from both the full-time and part-time bargaining units shall be absent on such leave at the same time. To ensure adequate coverage the number of nurses approved for leave of absence for Union business during scheduled working hours may be limited to one (1) Union from any one unit any one time. All such leave shall not exceed one hundred (100) days collectively in any one calendar year
