Section Captions Section captions used in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only, and shall not affect the construction of this Agreement.
Terms; Captions The words “Landlord” and “Tenant” as used herein shall include the plural as well as the singular. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions hereof apply either to corporations or partnerships or individuals, men or women, as the case may require, shall in all cases be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. The captions of Articles and Sections are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to limit, construe, affect or alter the meaning of such Articles and Sections.
Headings and Captions The headings and captions of the various subdivisions of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way modify or affect the meaning or construction of any of the terms or provisions hereof.
Governing Law; Captions The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Paragraph and Section captions used herein are for convenience of reference only, and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
Severability; Captions If any clause or provision of this Lease is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future laws, the remainder of this Lease shall not be affected by such determination, and in lieu of each clause or provision that is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, there be added as a part of this Lease a clause or provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause or provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable. Headings or captions in this Lease are added as a matter of convenience only and in no way define, limit or otherwise affect the construction or interpretation of this Lease.
Article Headings The Article headings and numbers contained in this Agreement have been inserted only as a matter of convenience and for reference, and in no way shall be construed to define, limit or describe the scope or intent of any provision of this Agreement.
