ARTICLE A – RECOGNITION. A.1 The Hospital recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Registered Nurses and Nurses with temporary Certificate of Registration employed in a nursing capacity by the Hospital, save and except Managers/ Operational Leaders/ Service Coordinators/ Directors/ In Charge Nurses/ Supervisors/ Nursing Coordinators and persons above the rank of these positions/classifications; Division Programs Service Coordinators; Nurse in Charge Central Supply; Occupational Health and Safety Nurses; Infection Control Nurses and Practitioners; Employee Health Nurses; Clinical Nurse Specialists; Profession Practice Leader, and employees for whom, any other trade union holds bargaining rights.

A-1 The Hospital recognizes the Union as the bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by Notre Dame Hospital in Hearst, save and except Head Nurses, Associate Director of Nursing/Inservice Co-ordinator, persons above the rank of Associate Director of Nursing/Inservice Co-ordinator, Planning Discharge Referral and Staff Health Officer.
ARTICLE A – RECOGNITION. A.1 The Hospital recognizes the Association as the bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed at Xxxxxx Regional Health Centre at Dryden, Ontario, save and except Nursing Co-ordinators and persons above the rank of Co- ordinator/Unit Manager.

A 1.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital in Tillsonburg, save and except Clinical Leader, persons above the rank of Clinical Leader, Infection Prevention and Control Professional, Employee Health and Wellness Nurse, Professional Practice and Quality Facilitator and Diabetes Education Program Coordinator.

A-1 The Employer recognizes that in accordance with the "Certificates" issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board and dated at Toronto on the 2nd day of July, 1981 and the 20th day of May, 1982, the Ontario Nurses’ Association is the bargaining agent of all full-time registered and graduate nurses of Homewood Health Centre Inc. of Guelph, Ontario Limited employed in a nursing capacity in Guelph, Ontario, save and except Immediate Supervisor/Designate and persons above the rank of Immediate Supervisor/Designate.

The Employer recognizes the Ontario Nurses’ Association as the bargaining agent for all Registered and Graduate nurses employed by the Hotel Xxxx Xxxxxx Health and Rehabilitation Center in a nursing capacity, save and except Coordinators, Supervisors, Infection Control Nurse, Occupational Health Nurses, Nurse Managers, Head Nurses, Program Managers, Professional Practice Leaders, Case Managers and persons above the rank of each of the foregoing classifications.

A.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed by the Scarborough Health Network, engaged in a nursing capacity, save and except Clinical Educators/Facilitators, Clinical Practice Leaders, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Infection Control Nurses, Case Manager Nurses, Managers and persons above the rank of Manager.

A-1 The Hospital recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by North Wellington Health Care Corporation, save and except Patient Care Coordinators and Head Nurses, and persons above the rank of Patient Care Coordinators and Head Nurses.

A.01 The Hospital recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Registered and Graduate Nurses at the Hospital, save and except Managers, persons above the rank of Manager, Employee Health Nurse, Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Nurse Clinicians.
ARTICLE A – RECOGNITION. A.1 By virtue of the Certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, dated April 16, 1974 and the accompanying decision with respect to the composition of the Bargaining Unit, the Hospital recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent of all its full-time and part-time Registered and Graduate Nurses who are employed in a nursing capacity, save and except Head Nurses and those above the rank of Head Nurse.
