Article 7 Not To Prevent Events of Default. The failure to make a payment on account of principal or interest on the Notes (including, without limitation, Installment Payments and the Repurchase Price of any Notes payable pursuant to Article 11, if applicable) when due or within any applicable grace period, whether or not by reason of any provision in this Article 7 shall not be construed as preventing the occurrence of an Event of Default.
