ARTICLE 3 - COMPENSATION. 3.1. The schedule of job classifications by salary grade is attached hereto as Exhibit C; the wage schedules for all positions covered by this Agreement are attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit E.

Effective September 6, 2007, the Bank shall pay Executive a base salary of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) per year, less income tax and other applicable withholdings. On or before February 28th of each year, the CEO shall review the base salary payable to Executive under this Agreement and shall determine, in the CEO’s sole discretion, whether or not to adjust such salary. Any such adjustment shall be effective as of the first day of March of each calendar year. Nothing in this Section 3.1 shall obligate the Bank to increase the salary payable to Executive as a result of any such review; provided that in no event shall the Bank reduce the salary payable to Executive as a result of such review.   • Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Bonus Compensation The Executive shall not receive any bonus payment whatsoever pursuant to Section 3.02 or the Bonus Plan except such bonus which is already earned and due to be paid up to and including the Termination Date, notwithstanding any period following the Termination Date during which the Executive may receive any payments or benefits under the terms of the Agreement.
